The license for i2Theme is directly taken from the original designer of iTheme with slight modification. Below is the newly modified license for i2Theme.
By downloading and using the i2Theme theme, you agree to the following terms:
- You may NOT resell this theme
- A link back to N.Design Studio
and MangoOrange™ must be retained in the footer (either modified or unmodified) - You may use this theme for personal or commercial projects
- You may modify, translate or distribute
- You may not remove the sponsored links

Installation
- Download the i2theme-*.zip.
- Unzip it at your [WordPress folder]/wp-content/themes folder.
- Login to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Go under Presentation.
- Click on the i2Theme to activate the theme.
- Ta da! Done.
Upgrade
- Go to Dashboard > Presentation and deactivate your current i2Theme by choosing another theme.
- Delete the current i2Theme in your [WordPress folder]/wp-content/themes folder.
- Then follow the Installation instruction above.
- Done! As simple as that.

FAQ
- Can I remove the drag-and-drop function? Yes, you can. Just go to the dbx-key.js and comment all the codes there. By doing so, you will also remove the toggle button feature as well as the green/orange/grey button at the corner of the box.
- Why do wp_tags() fatal error appear? That’s because you need to upgrade to Wordpress 2.3 as the wp_tags is a new feature in Wordpress 2.3.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I translated iTheme to brazilian portuguese but you did so many enhancements I can’t do that I was almost using a 3 columns iTheme, so your april fool gift is super welcome!

I would only ask for a place to use gravatars, because it’s now in WordPress 2.5

Awesome! exactly what I was looking for. I’m all for 2-column themes.
Similar to Henrique above, I was using my customized and custom-translated (spanish) version of iTheme.
Now that I will be migrating to wordpress 2.5, I’ll translate and customize i2Theme 1.6
