There is nothing I hate more than being forced to change passwords every 1-2 months.. Look I know its for security reasons but dang, I already have 20 or more passwords to remember all I need now it for those 20 passwords to change every few months.. Developers, business owners, and IT guys... Quit designing software that makes you change your password all of the time... Its not worth it... If your idea of a successful career is to get a blogger to write about about you, congrats.. But if you want to make a difference in the world by creating user-friendly software, how about letting us pick 1 good password and then let us keep it... Thats my 2 cents.

Yes, rightly said. Changing passwords too often is really frustrating.
