<description>None of these things help. The truth is, if you install 2003 first then install 2007 AND customize it to let you keep 2003 it will still delete 2003 on reboot. FURTHERMORE...given that 2007 is so weird and screwy, I still prefer to have 2003 as my default. Microsoft Vista WILL NOT LET YOU DO THAT EITHER. In the MS Office Directories for 2007 and 2003 Word, PowerPoint and Excel have the same naming convention for both versions. Stupid Vista does not recongnize any difference between the two versions of the programs even though the are located in two completely different directories, so even if you choos MS Office 2003 (Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint) as your default programs when you launch from a file, VISTA and 2007 conspire to force you to use 2007. Only way I&#039;ve found around it is to change the names of the .EXE files in 2003 and then designate them as defaults. BUT when you do that, you lose some major features. If anyone knows how to over ride this stupid ridiculous flaw that crappy horrible Vista has force on us, please let me/us know.

thanks.
